How does free trial period work?

All features of the application will be active during the free trial period.  Only 3 user licenses will be provided during the free trial period.  The current free trial period is for 30 days.  We will notify you before completion of the trial period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes. We currently have 3 plans. You may upgrade or downgrade the subscription by providing your request via the support request form from your application.

Can I add-on licenses of specific product in the platform?

Yes. If you need more licenses of a specific product like Timesheet, Expense, Order management, Invoicing, they can purchased by providing the request via your application support request form. 

Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

Yes. You cancel subscription any time by submitting a request from your application. Upon receipt of the request, an analyst will call you to check on the validity of the request and start the process of cancellation.

What happens to my data upon cancellation?

Upon cancellation, your data goes into a read-only mode with an option to extract key data as excel or CSV. This can be transferred to you. Upon 90 days of cancellation, your database will be purged.
